This site collects only the data you provide voluntarily through the enquiry forms:

• First name and surname
• Email address
• Preferred dates of stay
• Number of guests, or number of people for a business enquiry
• Company, event format and indicative budget, for a business quote request (optional)
• The content of your message

No browsing data — IP address, behaviour on the site, pages visited — is collected or tracked. The site carries no analytics tool.

3. Purposes and legal basis

The data collected is used solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry, booking request or quote request.
• Manage the contractual relationship relating to your stay or event (confirmation, follow-up, invoicing).

The legal basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Data retention

Data submitted through the forms is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then archived for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, in line with the applicable statutory limitation periods. Contractual and accounting records are kept for the statutory periods specific to those obligations.

5. Who receives the data

Your data is handled only by your host, the single point of contact for your enquiry. It is never sold, transferred or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

The site is hosted by OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France), a technical provider bound by the same confidentiality obligations. The data does not leave the European Union.

6. Cookies

This site uses only functional cookies, strictly necessary for it to work. No advertising, profiling or analytics cookies are set. The details are on the Cookie Settings page, where you can change your choice at any time.
